Capt Starts Year with A Bang
Yes early Monday morning The Captain of the Western Ride-Her Tray Squad – Al Pasutto – started the golf season by performing the nasty with the Minister-ess of Records and Archives. “I wouldn’t say I was in mid season form. Perhaps not an eagle but defiantly a birdie” When asked to reply the Minister-ess said “He said what? Hmmm news to me but I guess it’s better if you’re awake for these things.” With a bounce in his step he took the 2007 season like a 14 year old with his first tub of Vaseline. The Captain is starting the year 4 -1 and had this to say about it. “Starting the year with two victory’s over The Shadow and T-Rex was a good start. I mean they’re good tour players. But to follow it up with a couple over the the Man Cub was something special. For God sakes he’s the current Blazer holder.” His only loss came at the Hands of Tompy - Tompcat Thompson. Thompson blistered the Prestigious RDGCC with a 78, Pasutto 84. How did he feel about it? “Well he’s our barometer out here I thought keeping him within 6 was as skillful a move as sneaking the last pop off a Kings Cross junkies needle.”
